Q) What if I dont see my size listed on the website. a) As we only do very limited qtys, if your size isnt listed, we have either sold out or didnt produce it, Specifically in the Three White Rabbits range we dont ever produce more than 20 garments per style/print so you will never be seen wearing the same thing as anyone else. Q)Do you offer returns? a) Yes - we have a 100% money back gurantee however you need to contact us within 7 days of sale and have the item returned to us within 14 days in the condition you bought it with all tags attached. We are not responsible for postage, however if you are in Sydney you can return the item(s) to us at our Drummoyne office. Q) Do you do custom work? a) No, however small alterations can be done free of charge. Q) How often do you update the website? a) Updating the website varys from month to month but you can subscribe to the monthly newsletter and RSS feeds to recieve notification when new stock is added. Q)Do you retail to other shops? a)Yes, from time to time, however as the stock is very limited my direct clients on my newsletter mailing list always recieve first notification of new stock available. Clients are more than welcome to drop by the studio in Drummoyne by appointment to view the whole range or try things on. Q)What is the sizing guide for Three White Rabbits Dresses? This is only a guide, if your not sure about anything please send me your measurments and I can advise the correct size.
Q)Is Three White Rabbits made in Australia? a)Yes, each garment is individually cut by hand and sewn with high quality thread and cotton.
Q) Do you post International? a)Yes, postage varies from country to country however so please send a email through first.
Q) What forms of payment do you accept? a)We take EFT, Mastercard and Visa at our studio including phone and email orders or you can pay via paypal through the website.
